About the role 💡
As a Business Strategy & Operations Manager, your mission will be to work alongside the COO and be responsible for providing quantitative input, analysis and models to back up business decisions, always aiming at the improvement of our user experience and revenue generation. In addition, managing our annual and quarterly planning processes to deliver on those metrics and business goals, forming the connecting tissue between the financial plan and the product KPIs. Owning business and international growth strategies, as well as optimize pricing strategies.
What you'll do 💼
Develop the business, market expansion, growth, new products and partnerships strategies and business models.
Identify areas for growth or efficiency, as well as managing complex cross-functional/team efforts to deliver key business outcomes.
Own company business KPI dashboards and reporting, by optimizing business performance through metrics analysis.
Take charge of the strategic planning and OKR process, by coaching and supporting teams throughout the process, promoting the alignment with objectives and strategic priorities.
Use data to support Product-led cross-functional squads in identifying and prioritizing opportunities.
Support pricing strategies and actively optimize results.
What you'll need ✅
First operational experience in a similar role within a growth scaleup, startup or top internet company; optional also top management consultancy with some hands-on digital experience.
Experience solving complex business problems.
Deep understanding of different digital consumer business models (SaaS, IAPs, e2e funnels).
Experience with strategic planning and OKR process (or similar).
Excellent data analysis and business modeling knowledge and experience.
Basic proficiency in marketing and product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Fluency in English.
Self-Starter and ability to drive and manage activities and projects on your own.
Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on.
A high bar across the board, aspire excellence -- from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the projects you work on.
Bonus Points 🦄
Experience working with bigger datasets and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Tableau).
Fluency in Spanish.

Hiring process ⚙️
Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:
1️⃣ TA Team - Validate details, experience and tell you more about Voicemod (30min).
2️⃣ Hiring Manager - Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (60min).
3️⃣ Technical Interview - We’ll go deeper on your technical skills (60min).
4️⃣ Final Interview - Last conversation focused on soft skills and ways of working (60min).
