In this role, you’re responsible for the success of our customers.
Success means landing in the email inbox of their target customers and getting replies.
Email deliverability can be like a puzzle.
Responsibilities:

Find the solution to customer’s problems as quickly as possible (Inbox placement tests, IP/Domain health monitoring, customer-side issues and more technical issues)

Build and improve documentation & troubleshooting procedure to become more efficient and prevent issues

Communicate with customers (mostly written) about solutions to keep them happy and improve their performance

Manage & keep our network healthy and organised, move customers to different infrastructures if needed

Continuously learn about industry shifts to feed & improve Mailscale with your findings
Manage service provider relations and blacklists

Communicate & Talk to the most valuable customers to improve their performance and help them succeed as affiliates
