Here is a very interesting opportunity to launch your career!!! We are looking for a DACH Business Development Specialist.

 

What your day will look like:

As DACH Business Development Specialist, you will be a key person in the growth plans of

Loyal Guru start-up.

We expect from you to promote Loyal Guru within the target customers in the DACH region.

You will create and own a robust sales pipeline that will allow you to achieve your expected

sales quota.Reporting to the Europe Sales VP.

 

Responsibilities

● Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that meet assigned

sales quotas and targets

● Conduct demos and negotiations with senior managers and decision-makers.

● Get a good knowledge of our product to have an outstanding argumentation

● Use the LG material (decks, use cases, demo …) and prospecting effectively (the

client's industry, the specific client's set of problems, their maturity) articulate a good

strategy throughout the process

● Collaborate with technical and product specialists, when necessary, to respond to

customer needs.

● Follow quality processes throughout the sales cycle (client research, meeting

preparation, dry run, debrief, emails with short and results-oriented next steps,

maintain traction with the customer, etc).

● Assume the leadership of the sale opportunity. You will become the orchestrator for

the rest of the involved teams (pre-sales, marketing, sales operations, customer

success, etc.). You will be responsible to secure that the sale process will be

constantly moving forward.

● Report all your activity on Hubspot to give a clear vision of your sales activity and

progresses.

● You will work with the marketing department to plan and execute lead generation

campaigns.

● Provide information to the management team on market trends, competitive threats

or unmet needs. You will help Loyal Guru to deliver greater value to our customers by

improving and expanding the company's services.

 

Qualifications

● 6+ years’ experience in a similar role

● Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent in a related field

● Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a highly driven environment

● A hunter's mentality, with a passion for selling and achieving new business sales

results.

● A proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets within a designated

sales plan, demonstrating the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

● Eager to succeed and win

● Open to travel internationally, if needed.

● Have professional working proficiency in English and German.

● Detail oriented.

● Teamwork skills.
