Superside is looking for an ambitious, creative, well-organized, and self-motivated Event Marketing Coordinator to help our marketing team grow and scale our already successful event programs. This role will help plan and execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events by working closely with our Event Content Marketing Manager and Sr Influencer Marketing and Partnerships Manager.
This position will contribute to a key program in a marketing team that has proven its ability to drive rapid growth from $1M-$45M ARR and be part of our ongoing growth journey from $45M-$100M ARR and beyond.
What you'll do
- Coordinate multiple webinars and virtual summits while assisting with field marketing programs
- Oversees all operations regarding virtual and field marketing programs from start to finish, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Own all events logistics (including contracts, budgets, and other collateral)
- Develop, maintain, and update event software, databases, calendars, shared documents, and other assets to keep the event team up-to-date
- Collaborate with the internal creative team for event assets, and connect with RevOps to ensure all event workflows are in place
- Manage tools like Google Meet, Asana, Hubspot, Figma, Notion, Salesforce, and Hopin to optimize your project management process, capture data and follow-up on event production
- Pitch event ideas, concepts, themes and topics
- Think about new ways to improve event experiences and execute the most impactful ones
- Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, speakers, and other service providers
- Facilitate seamless communication with both speakers and hosts to ensure event success
- Assist Leads with social media planning and ideation to promote our events
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years of general marketing and/or project management experience (event/field marketing experience is a big bonus)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written with perfect pronunciation, grammar, and spelling, and have experience doing so in a professional context
- Familiar with the tech/SaaS/B2B industry
- Strong project management skills, and experience using tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and Hubspot (Hopin or other event platform experience a bonus)
- Strong and strategic communicator, ensuring the team is consistently up to speed on our event plans
- Proven multitasker that can perform under pressure—running events can be stressful, so proper planning, problem-solving, and solid communication are key
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Enthusiastic for a fast-paced, dynamic environment
