Stytch is the platform for user authentication. We make it simple for developers to build complex, passwordless authentication flows in minutes. As our growth marketing manager, you’ll help develop, execute, and optimize growth marketing strategy at Stytch to accelerate user growth. We’re looking for a creative and metrics-driven growth marketer to lead these efforts.

What Excites Us
4+ years of experience in managing and executing paid digital campaigns (paid search, paid social, etc) at scale preferably in B2B industry (understanding of developer ecosystem is a plus)
Proven success in improving user experience and conversion rates through data-driven hypotheses and A/B testing
Strong analytical thinker and problem solver who makes data-first decisions
Results-driven, organized, and outstanding communication skills
Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts
Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed


You Might
Identify and measure various channels for acquiring new customers to determine the best ROI on our marketing efforts
Experiment with novel channels for acquiring customers -- when there aren’t clear ways to calculate ROI on a channel, you recognize the need to blend other qualitative and quantitative approaches to assess these channels
Identify ways to improve our website and onboarding experience to improve conversions and reduce the time to integration for Stytch developers
Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure we are surfacing the most relevant information to new customers as they get started
