Job Overview

This job is an integral part of the Group IT (GIT) Network Team responsible for all Company's locations in EMEA - multilingual scope of 100+ sites in all the continents, split between multiple BGs.

As part of the scope handled by this Team, the principal accountability of the job is to manage all or a part of the following:

Managing external suppliers and partners
Coordination of changes between Amcor and external partners
Review of the SLAs with external partners
Coordinate network security activities globally
Monitoring and troubleshooting of the network environment:
Monitoring of the WAN, LAN, Security, VoIP, VPN architectures
Analysis and troubleshooting of network and telecommunication related incidents

Requisitos mínimos

Formal Qualifications and Experience

Extensive experience in Networking (minimum 2 years)
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
Cisco CCNA on “Routing and Switching” is requested.
Any other Cisco certifications are a plus.
Fortinet firewalls certification are a plus.
Juniper/Blue Coat/Checkpoint/Extreme certifications are a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Behaviours

Change skills:

Change management experience
Willingness to learn and be adaptable to the changing requirements of the job
Technical skills:

Wide knowledge of networking
Wide knowledge of the Wintel infrastructure
Knowledge of the Cisco LAN switches (wired/wireless) equipment
Knowledge of the Cisco IOS
Knowledge of the Extreme wireless equipment’s
Knowledge of firewall management, especially Fortinet firewalls
Knowledge of Fortinet SDWAN solution
Knowledge of proxy servers’ management, especially Cisco IronPort Proxy Servers
Knowledge of IPsec VPN solutions, especially with Cisco equipment
Knowledge of RAS VPN solutions, especially Juniper SSL
Knowledge of SNMP monitoring
Soft skills:

Fluent in English, other languages beneficial
