As our company continues to grow, so do our operations. At Mutt Data, we are seeking a hands-on, self-motivated, fix-it-all spirited Marketing Lead to help us enable our operations and sales team to reach the next level.
As our Marketing Lead, you'll be the backbone of our brand, messaging, and communication, working closely with Sales Executives and reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Your role is pivotal in handling tasks that range from lead generation, strategic planning, content creation, event management , digital marketing, which all contribute to the company’s growth.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept: 🤓
✓ Strategic Mastermind: You're the architect of our marketing blueprint. Explore, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Collaborate with your team, as well as, key internal and external stakeholders to understand business priorities, adapt strategy and manage budget.
✓ Brand Guru: Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines and messaging across all company channels, external, and internal materials. Ensure our voice resonates loud and clear in every piece of communication.
✓ Content Wizard: Develop and implement cohesive content and digital marketing strategies to optimize the company’s presence online and offline across multiple channels such as: pitch decks, blog posts, and social media. Workload will depend on particular needs and partnership agreements but you can expect to work on approximately:3x social posts per week.

- 5x use case/customer blog posts per Q

- 1x Newsletter every 6 weeks
✓ Partnership Alchemist: Identify, forge, and nurture strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach in key markets and industries, with at least 5 key players per quarter.
✓ Event Maestro: Orchestrate and execute an awe-inspiring annual event strategy to leave our audience spellbound and increase outreach and customer loyalty. Workload will depend on particular needs and partnership agreements but you can expect to work on approximately:
- 2x webinars per Q.
- 1x in-person event per Q.
✓ Analytics Reporting Ninja: Utilize analytic tools and the company’s CRM to follow on key metrics every week and throughout the year, providing weekly and quarterly reports with learnings to adapt our strategies.

✓ Attention to detail: You can review assets and feedback with a critical eye, and spot inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
✓ Leader: 1+ years of management experience; Manage a small team of highly-skilled and ambitious individuals. Work collaboratively in a “flat” structure. Act as an example to your peers, with proactive and open suggestions on the team's needs.
Required skills💻 :
✓ University degree in marketing, communication, business administration or a related field.
✓ Advanced or native oral and written English communication skills At least 4 years in formal marketing roles.
✓ Comfortable in an open-communication asynchronous work environment based on the use of tools such as Google Suit (Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.), Slack and ClickUp.
✓ Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and familiarity with Google Suite or similar software.
Required skills💻 :
