MSF offers assistance to people based only on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.
MSF International is the legal entity that binds MSF??s 24 sections, 25 associations and other offices together. Registered in Switzerland, MSF International provides coordination, information and support to the MSF Movement, as well as implements international projects and initiatives as requested.

- Ensuring that facts, data, and scientific units have been used consistently;
- She/He identifies lapses in clarity, missing information, and problems in logic and queries the WGs focal points about those problems;
- S/He discusses with the authors any overlooked inconsistencies or information missing as well as any final clarifications;
- He/she checks the final documents, together with the author before dissemination;
- He/she provides input on the structure of new documents and validates it, based on the concept note approved by the medical directors;
