Operations Lead with Project Management Skills ( Hands-on -Startup Culture)

We're a growing startup looking for a talented and adaptable Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. You'll wear multiple hats (think five!), lead and manage diverse projects, with a hands-on approach when needed. You will be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.

Here's what you'll do:

• Lead and execute projects: Develop plans, manage timelines, and keep projects on track from concept to completion. Think strategic thinking meets hands-on execution. Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, with a hands-on approach when needed.
• Operations Orchestrator: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by identifying and streamlining processes. Develop and implement efficient operational processes to streamline workflow. You'll be the go-to person for all things operational excellence. 
• Departmental Diplomat: Collaborate effectively across all departments, fostering a culture of open communication and teamwork.
• Client Champion: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. Client satisfaction is your top priority!
• Problem-solving Prowess: Anticipate and solve problems proactively. You'll wear the "fixer" hat with a smile. 

You're a perfect fit if you have:

• English proficiency
• 3+ years of experience in operations or project management
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you can connect with anyone!
• The ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• A "get things done" attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership experience
