Your job as an Operations Manager will be to oversee the success of our client service team, hiring team, and accounting department.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing Day to Day Operations of The Office
- Managing the Service Team & The Sales Team Metrics, and KPIs and keeping them accountable.
- Managing Deadlines & ensuring none get missed
- Managing Sales numbers and Targets
- Solving Problems & Implementing Systems / Processes then ensuring they are done
- Training new employees and making things more streamlined
- Creating a Company Culture
- Ensuring processes are followed and kept up to date
- Full accountability for P&L Spend of the Service Team
- Grow the top and the bottom line of the company
- Monitoring expenses in collaboration with our Accounting Department
Qualifications and Skills REQUIREMENTS:
- Must speak clear English
- Excellent Written English
- Have a minimum 5 years experience as an operations manager, specifically in a service-style company
- Has grown a company or has helped to grow a company's sales.
- Be able to prove that you implemented systems and processes that have worked
- Must possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
- Proficiency with both Microsoft Office/Google products and Excel Spreadsheets is considered an asset
- Must have excellent time management and organization skills to complete daily tasks and meet deadlines
- Must obtain a high level of energy and not let frustrations get the best of them
- Must be adaptable, dependable, and willing to implement new solutions and processes in alignment with our core values and goals.
