We are a fast-growing Ecommerce Brand seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Operations Manager.

Position: Ecommerce Operations Manager

Salary $1,200 USD (depends on experience)

Full-Time

Experience:

• 2+ Years in Operation or Management

• Smart-Fast ass, Leadership Skills, and Critical Thinking

• Someone who likes to win at all costs and is rewarded for hard work.

Responsibilities:

• Move the needle, take initiative. Think and execute actions to grow FAST

• Support and report directly to company leadership.

• Establish and improve processes, develop SOP's, etc.

• Oversee and manage the performance of the Customer Support Team

• Manage Supply Chain Sourcing, Logistics and Inventory Management

• Establishing Reports and Performance Monitoring

• Manage an international team and expand existing teams

• Adaptable to new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
