The client is looking to hire an Organizational Development Manager with previous experience in leading Organizational Projects in multinational companies within the Industry sector.

You will hold a key position with responsibility and ability to make an impact on the company´s future. The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy.

Review the HR Organizational Structure
Define target Operating model
Define and describes jobs and roles
Map and consolidate processes workflows
Challenge current processes for optimization
Execute optimization initiatives
Gather external and internal benchmarks on size for all areas and departments
Challenge function's size and optimization potential

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
To be used to navigating within an international environment and have a fundamental understanding of international Business culture.
Broad experience leading Organizational Projects in multinational companies, in the field of consultancy or working for the final customer.
Education at university level: HR Master
+7 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
