Recruiter German C2 - full remote/Spain

At SEREM we are looking for a Selection Technician to join our international recruitment team.

Working remotely is available for applicants from Spain.

We are looking for a versatile person with the ability to move freely in changing and dynamic environments, who knows how to manage work properly and who has experience in staff selection.

Native/biligual German Level is a hard requirement.
Additional languages such as Dutch, French, Italian or Romanian are highly valued.

Responsabilities:

- Responsibility for full selection processes.
- Telephone and personal interviews.
- Language and competence assessment.
- Direct contact with clients to optimize the selection processes.
