One of our clients is seeking a talented Senior Full-stack Developer, with a focus on Front-end, for the development of SaaS product.
Project:
The developer will work on a SaaS product that provides VoIP functionality to external user tools like CRMs.
It includes outbound and inbound calling, as well as SMS. The product is used alongside the user company’s CRM, such as Salesforce, acting as a CTI phone.
This is a full-time position based in the European Union (100% remote).
Responsibilities:
- Building out the background functionality (updating old tech)
- Expanding the functions inside the product, adding features that the agent can use during a call.
- Integrating the product as a CTI phone into these external CRM systems.
- Install/configure the product as an app inside the CRM
- Push information from the product into said CRM
- Reading up by themselves on how these external systems work and making it work.
- Joins customer conversations (in the background, not leading).
- Answer technical questions, and/or provides technical documentation to the customer.
Must-have:
Front-end:
- React, Redux, Automation Testing
- Experience developing presentational and container components using React
Back-end:
- PHP, MySQL
- Experience implementing integrations with Salesforce or any other CRM systems
Nice-to-have:
- TypeScript
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration
- Can work on a customer-facing application that includes gathering requirements, demonstration.
Languages required:
- Fluent in English - C1/C2 level
