For our office Operations Team we are looking for a Technical Advisor (m/f/d) with immediate effect to further expand our business. You will support or manage complex and critical projects and work with internal teams, customers and production partners to ensure successful implementation. In addition to working with customers and production partners, you will actively shape your work environment and collaborate with all critical interfaces. Good ideas are implemented quickly at our company and do not have to go through various steering committees or management meetings to be reviewed several times, checked again and then perhaps decided upon. Your working day is exciting and varied, the environment is international.
Tasks
- Project management;
- Full technical ownership and supervision from customer order to customer feedback on finished products;
- Use your technical expertise and solution-oriented communication skills to advise production partners, customers and the sales team on complex and/or critical projects;
- Quickly identify potential technical obstacles and provide helpful solutions;
- Maintain up-to-date status tracking of the technical side of projects in IT systems.
Qualifications
- A strong customer-focused personality, problem-solving mindset, and technical knowledge;
- Technical education and/or technical college degree;
- Ideally at least 3 years of engineering experience, ideally with exposure to multiple disciplines (e.g., within a service department);
- Structured, critical thinking combined with strong multicultural communication skills in both English (very good) and Spanish (fluent / native);
- IT and digital skills, with a willingness to actively use modern technologies and software (prior knowledge of Zendesk or a similar ticket system is an advantage).
