We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who loves artists and anime on Instagram to join our team to reach out to artists and illustrators to commission artwork to promote our new music.

Responsibilities

Communication with Artists

• Source potential artists and illustrators on IG
• Reach out through email to request custom commissions
• Negotiate terms for posts and collaborations
• Follow up to ensure commitments are met

Administrative Tasks

• Manage and organize communications efficiently
• Track and report on engagement and responses
• Handle scheduling and coordination with artists

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in email communication and basic project management
• Familiarity with Instagram and its features

Soft Skills

• Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills
